Structured group sessions and workshops — from relational horsemanship to counselling groups built around a shared issue.
Not all of the work here happens one-on-one. Groups and workshops bring people together around a shared focus — a skill, a stage of life, a specific struggle — using the same trauma-informed, relational approach that shapes our individual sessions.
Some groups are built around dynamic relational horsemanship: working with horses in a group setting to practice presence, boundaries, and communication in real time, with immediate, honest feedback from the herd. Others are closer to conventional group counselling — a small, facilitated group working through grief, anxiety, parenting, or another shared theme, entirely off the horse.
Group size stays small enough that everyone is seen. What happens in the room stays in the room.
Groups run on a set schedule rather than being available anytime — current offerings are shared when you reach out. Sessions typically run 90 minutes to two hours, with a facilitator holding the structure and pace throughout. Group size is kept small by design.
